<p>The present invention relates to a compost spreader using only mechanical power of a tow tractor. The compost spreader comprises: a vehicle connected to a tractor and towed; rolling wheels shaft-coupled to both sides of the vehicle; a cargo box formed on top of the vehicle with an upper portion thereof opened, and loading compost; a power connection member connected to a power take-off system of the tractor in a slip-joint manner, and receiving rotational power; a driven shaft extending from the power connection member; a joint shaft connected to an end portion of the driven shaft; a transmission coupled to the joint shaft; and a compost spreading means mounted on an output side of the transmission, and spreading the compost. The compost spreader of the present invention further comprises: a hydraulic pump gear coupled to the driven shaft and accelerated to generate a hydraulic pressure; an infinite transfer chain operated by rotation of a hydraulic motor which is connected to a main hydraulic line of the hydraulic pump; a single acting hydraulic cylinder connected to a branch hydraulic line which is branched from the main hydraulic line of the hydraulic pump; and an opening/closing gate operated in a vertical direction by being interlocked with the single acting hydraulic cylinder.</p> |
