摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly set an allowable charge/discharge power value when charge/discharge limitation of a power storage device is temporarily alleviated so that output voltage of the power storage device does not deviate from within a voltage range from lower limit voltage to upper limit voltage.SOLUTION: An operation point 520 when discharge current increases by temporary alleviation of discharge limitation from a current operation point 510 of a battery is calculated based on a current internal resistance estimation value R. Furthermore, the operation point of the battery transits to an operation point 530 on an equal power line 525 by continuous discharge at the operation point 520. The maximum dischargeable power when the discharge limitation is temporarily alleviated is set so that voltage at the operation point 530 becomes equal to or more than lower limit voltage Ve. Namely, the maximum dischargeable power when the discharge limitation is temporarily alleviated is set by further considering not only a voltage change amount from the operation point 510 to the operation point 520 depending on internal resistance but a voltage change amount ΔVdyn from the operation point 520 to the operation point 530 due to continuation of temporary discharge alleviation.
