<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal monitoring device which can monitor a present operation status of each of multiple terminal devices which are apart from the terminal monitoring device, even with a single monitoring camera, while confirming processing data for each terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: An order control device (terminal monitoring device) 1, being in a state in which it is communicably connected to each of terminal devices (an ECR 3, a kitchen printer 4 and an order terminal device 7) performing data processing in respective monitoring areas monitored by a monitoring camera 2 which can change its photographing direction, displays a picked-up image of a monitoring area (specified area) which the monitoring camera 2 faces, associating it with present or latest processing data acquired from a terminal device in the specified area, when instructing a change of the camera's direction by specifying one of the multiple monitoring areas so that the photographing direction of the monitoring camera 2 turns to the specified area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
