摘要 A method for manufacturing a light guide core using a 5-axis processing machine according to the present invention includes: a first cutting step (S1) of forming a round shape of an upper plane (21) in order to correspond to a rear plane of a head lamp optic by comprising a tetragonal plate (210) having cutting-processed six sides and then removing an upper part through cutting; a clamping step (S2) of clamping the plate (210) at a bed (110) of the 5-axis processing machine (100) after the first cutting step (S1); and a cutting step (SS) of cutting a shape part (215) comprising both sides (213) of the plate (210), a groove (219) and a protrusion (218) on an upper plane (211) of the plate (210), after the clamping step (S2). Therefore, it is possible to perform rapid work because the method can process the plate (210) continuously without separating the side (213), the shape part (215) and a side (217) of hte shape part (215) from the bed (110) under the state the plate (210) is fixed to the bed (110) of the 5-axis processing machine (100). And the method can prevent occurrence of a fault because the method can reduce occurrence of an error due to frequent setting because the method has only to perform the step of setting a machine (103) by touching the machine (103) to the plate (210) at the beginning of the work once.
