<p>A cyanide-free acidic matte silver electroplating composition includes one or more acid or tellurium salt, and can be used for electroplating a matte silver deposit on metal such as nickel, copper, or copper alloy. The matte silver can be electroplated in a normal plating speed or a high plating speed as like reel-to-reel and jet plating. The cyanide-free acidic matte silver electroplating composition can be used in electroplating of matte silver, when manufacturing an electronic part such as an electric connector, a metal base material finishing layer, an optical device, and decorating application.</p> |
