The invention relates to construction engineering and can be used for repair of pipe lines at temperature of transported product up to +50°C for protection thereof against soil corrosion. An anticorrosion insulating tape comprises a base from a polymer band, a mastic layer made from mixture of polymer Asmol and bitumen and an antiadhesive made from polyethylenterephthalate. The mastic layer further comprises divinylstyrene thermoplast, hydraulic oil as a plasticizer and technical carbon with the following component ratio, wt%: bitumen - 10-30, divinylstyrene thermoplast - 3-6, hydraulic oil - 10-15, technical carbon - 10-20, asmol - remaining. According to the invention divinylstyrene thermoplast by TR 38.40327-98 is used; the hydraulic oil of grade AU by TR 38.1011232-89 is used as the plasticizer; carbon of grade P 701 or P 803 by GOST 7885-86 is used as technical carbon. The invention provides enhanced reliability of insulating tape due to the improved strength characteristics of the mastic layer. |
