Disclosed is a high intensity focused ultrasound device for reducing subcutaneous layer, which comprises: a first cartridge for forming a first lesion by irradiating high intensity focused ultrasound to first subcutaneous layer; a second cartridge for forming a second lesion having a shorter vertical length than the first lesion by irradiating high intensity focused ultrasound to second subcutaneous layer having a thinner thickness than the first subcutaneous layer; and an operation hand piece designed to be compatible with the first and second cartridges.
