摘要 <p>The invention relates to an impulse magnetizer with analogue control meant to be used for making permanent magnets to be employed in manufacturing synchronous motors and other devices with permanent magnets which require high induction levels. According to the invention, the magnetizer comprises a block () having a supply source for the circuits of the magnetizer control part, a block () having a high-voltage source required for the secondary battery to be charged, a block () comprising a flip-flop circuit which initiates the capacitor bank charging and stops the charging process at the end of an operation cycle, as well as a time-lag device for end-of-cycle synchronization, an oscillator block () in Wien bridge, an electronic switch and a final amplifier required for opening the high-voltage thyristor, a voltage-comparator block () having the role of triggering the discharge of the capacitor bank through the magnetizer coil when the voltage at the battery terminals reaches the preset value, a block () comprising the accurate voltage source used to establish the reference voltage at the input of the block (), a block () comprising amplifiers for measuring the voltage at the terminals of the capacitor bank while charging and the mean discharge current through the magnetizer coil, as well as the analogue voltmeters with storage intended to store the value of the voltage and the mean current upon the impulse release, a block () comprising the capacitor bank storing the energy required for the magnetization process, and a block () comprising the high-voltage thyristor by means of which the capacitor bank is discharged into the magnetizer coil, as well as the quick protection diode meant to prevent the thyristor destruction.</p>
