PURPOSE:To enable corrosion prevention and insulation by coating the contacting surface between the internal surface of a buffer tank and liquid with fluororesin and interposing a spacer made of fluororesin between the bolt and nut of a buffer tank fitting part. CONSTITUTION:The buffer tank consists of components such as 1st and 2nd cylinders 1 and 2 and a cylinder cover 3. Then the contacting surface between the buffer tank internal surface and liquid is coated with the fluororesin. Further, a tube made of fluororesin is inserted into the fitting hole of a port 9 for putting the liquid in the buffer tank, and the coated internal surface of the buffer tank is welded to the end part of the spacer. Further, the spacers made of the fluororesin are fitted to the contacting surfaces between a bolt 7 and a nut, and a bolt 12 and a nut 13 respectively. Thus, the contacting surfaces between the buffer internal surface and liquid and the contacting parts between the bolts and nuts are protected against corrosion and insulated. |
