PURPOSE: An anti-fouling material is provided to form a hydrophobic film of partition structure or lattice structure on a hydrophilic film, thereby preventing spreading of contaminants by external touch in a display device. CONSTITUTION: An anti-fouling material comprises a substrate(10), a first film(20) with hydrophilic property, a second film(30) on the first film, with hydrophobic patterns. The pattern comprises a lattice structure. The pattern has a lattice structure(31) having an inner space(32). The width of the pattern is 0.5 mm or less, and the gap of the pattern is 0.5 mm or less. The second film prevents the spreading of contaminants. The water-contact angle of the first film is 40°or less. The first film comprises a polymer in which oxidant is coated. The water-contact angle of the second film is 90°or more. The second film comprises silicon-based material.
