The present invention relates to a flame-blocking, integrally diecast cooking vessel having a detachable handle, which comprises: a main body (10) having a cooking portion (11) where food ingredients are cooked; a connection portion (20) integrally diecast to one side of the outer circumferential surface of the main body (10) to have a coupling through-hole (21); and a handle (30) detachably coupled through the coupling through-hole (21), wherein the connection portion (20) has further a flame guiding portion (40) which guides flames of a heat source for cooking toward the bottom thereof to reduce the progression of flames toward the handle (30). According to the present invention, a handle is simply and readily attached or detached to a cooking vessel, wherein the portion where the handle is detached is integrally diecast to a cooking vessel, thereby enhancing the strength thereof, guiding flame rising toward a handle to the side of the handle to reduce heat transferred to the handle, and consequently preventing thermal deformation. |
