According to one embodiment of the present invention, an organic light emitting display device is provided. The organic light-emitting display device comprises: a substrate defined by a light emitting unit and a non-light emitting unit; a plurality of first electrodes formed to be spaced from each other on the substrate; a pixel definition layer formed between the first electrodes on the substrate; a second electrode formed on the first electrode and the pixel definition layer; and an auxiliary electrode electrically connected with the second electrode on the pixel definition layer. The pixel definition layer has a recess unit having a predetermined pattern, and the patterned auxiliary electrode is formed in the recess unit.
