FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to threaded insert, rod, set for composites, article made from composite, mould for composites, method of moulding article from composites. Threaded insert comprises through bore with internal thread. Through bore diameter is larger than or at least equal to that of internal diameter wherein one end of through bore leads to cylindrical thread-free cavity aligned with said through bore and having the diameter larger than or equal to that of through bore internal thread. Cylindrical cavity leads to threaded insert end. Threaded insert outer wall has at least one perimeter ledge.
