The wiring apparatus for a light emitting device includes a substrate; an electrode part arranged on the substrate; a conductive tape which is adjacent to a light emitting device arranged on the electrode part to be arranged on the electrode; and a flexible printed circuit board which is arranged on the conductive tape, and is connected to an external wire.
