The purpose of the present invention is to contribute to while receiving necessary information for user, and minimizing unnecessary communication with a base station. A communication terminal comprises: a base station master communication unit that communicates with the base station; a master terminal communication unit that communicates with a slave communication terminal; a communication terminal determination unit that determines whether a communication between the slave communication terminal and the base station is allowed or not, according to notification information that the base station master communication unit receives from the base station; and a communication instruction unit that instructs to the slave communication terminal to perform a communication between the slave communication terminal and the base station, when the communication terminal determination unit determines that the slave communication terminal and the base station communicate.
