<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube molding machine of a tube tire in which the pressing power at both ends of a tube cloth can be secured even if the deformation of a lining rubber block is few when the tire tube is molded by that both ends of a cylindrical rubber member is subjected to pressure bonding, and a protrusion rubber is prevented being generated at a tube joining edge. <P>SOLUTION: The tube molding machine of a tube tire in which ends 6a of a hollow cylinder shape tube cloth 6 are subjected to pressure bonding or subjected to heating pressure bonding to mold a ring shape tire tube, includes: a pair of upper and lower dies 3, 4 which performs clamp holding of the ends 6a of the tube cloth 6 freely releasably; and a lining rubber block 10 which is disposed at an opposing surface to the upper and lower dies, and performs vise and pressure bonding of the tube cloth 6, wherein the lining rubber block 10 has an inner surface 10b and a distal end surface 10d to clamp the tube cloth ends 6a, and a mounting surface 10e to the upper and lower dies 3, 4 is larger than the distal end surface 10d of an end part, and a boundary portion of the distal end surface 10d and the inner surface 10b is formed to a tapered surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
