<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub which is installed by an easy work by eliminating the need of hanging it high for installation and which has functional bathtub components that are not protruding around the bathtub, and to provide a bathroom unit having the bathtub. <P>SOLUTION: The bathtub 4 includes a bathtub body 41 and a dish-shaped bathtub lower member 42. The bathtub body 41 includes: a bathtub part 41a; a stile part 41b provided to overhang from the upper end edge of the bathtub part 41a; and an apron part 41c extending downward from the stile part 41b to a position slightly higher than the bottom of the bathtub part 41a and forming an arrangement space S of the functional bathtub components 43, 44, and 45 between the apron part 41c and the peripheral wall of the bathtub part 41a. The dish-shaped bathtub lower member 42 has a lower end fitted watertight into a hole 12a provided in a bathtub pan 12 and for under-floor work, and further has an upper end slightly projecting upward from the bottom face of the bathtub pan 12, and the dish-shaped bathtub lower member 42 supports watertight the lower end of the apron part 41c at the upper end.
