PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document browsing management server capable of preventing a file document as confidential information from being stored in a dispersed manner in a client PC side in a long term.SOLUTION: A document browsing management server includes: an input interface; a memory; a controller; and an output interface. The input interface accepts a file transmission request from the outside. The memory stores a file document whose transmission request has been received and expiration date information as a pair, and stores a file document situation of a transmission destination. The controller specifies a request file document received from the input interface, and adds the same expiration date information as the expiration date information stored in the memory in association with the request file document, and when determining that the expiration date stored in the memory is exceeded, changes the file document situation of the memory to a state of deletion. |
