PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearing support pad and clothing with the same in which it is hard to appear in the appearance through an outer clothing in wearing and air permeability can be secured, and to provide a three-dimensional network structure.SOLUTION: A wearing support pad 1A includes: a main body part 10 formed from a three-dimensional network structure 11 obtained by winding continuous filaments 11a comprising thermoplastic resin and forming random loops 11b, and bringing each random loop into contact with each other in a molten state; an end settlement part 20 provided to surround an outer edge 10a of the main body part; and a supporting part 30 provided in an area surrounded by an outer edge 20a of the end settlement part, and supporting a region desired to support in wearing to a human body. The end settlement part is a plate member or a filament member formed by subjecting the three-dimensional network structure forming the main body part in thermo-compression molding. The supporting part is the plate member formed by subjecting the three-dimensional network structure forming the main body part in the thermo-compression molding. The end settlement part and the supporting part are formed more thinly than the thickness t1 of the main body part.
