摘要 <p>The present invention discloses a system and method for responding to an online issue through big data emotion analysis. According to the present invention, the online issue responding system using the big data emotion analysis includes: a message extracting unit which extracts the messages left by online users regarding a specific issue; a morpheme analysis unit which analyze the morpheme units in the text of the messages; an emotion monitoring unit which monitors the emotion regarding the corresponding issue based on the emotional expression words derived through the morpheme analysis unit; a dominating emotion analysis unit which collects the emotion monitoring result regarding the corresponding issue to analyze the dominating emotion regarding the issue; and a transition emotion providing unit which provides a transition emotion opposed to the dominating emotion of the corresponding issue.</p>
