A cable termination head (58) for bringing first (56) and second (60) components into operative connection with each other is disclosed. The cable termination head comprises a body adapted to support the first component, and first inclined surfaces (74) adapted to engage second inclined surfaces (76) of a receiver frame (54) supporting the second component, to bring the first and second components into alignment with each other and to bring the first and second components into operative connection with each other by means of the weight of the cable termination head.
