<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational vibrating machine capable of easily achieving vibration performance suitable for conveyance.SOLUTION: A rotational vibrating machine 10 comprises a substrate 11, a vibration body 12, and a vibration structure 13 connected between the substrate 11 and the vibration body 12. The vibration body 12 vibrates along a direction rotating around an axis line 12x. The vibration structure 13 has a plurality of vibration parts 13A-13C around the axis line 12x. The vibration parts comprise: a plate-like first elastic region 13a which extends to an inner peripheral side while being connected to the substrate 11, and is bent and deformed in the direction rotating around the axis line 12x; a plate-like second elastic region 13b which extends to the inner peripheral side while being connected to the vibration body 12, and is bent and deformed in the direction rotating around the axis line 12x; a connection region 13c which connects an inner end part of the first elastic region 13a and an inner end part of the second elastic region 13b; and a piezoelectric material 13p which bends and vibrates at least one of the first elastic region 13a and the second elastic region 13b. The connection region 13c constitutes a free end of the vibration.</p> |
