PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that attains reduction in the number of marks as suppressing effects of a size of an amount of deviation regarding an image formation device making a location deviation correction.SOLUTION: An MFP 100 is configured to: form a correction pattern image composed of a plurality of marks Q on a conveyance belt 7; detect each mark Q by a mark sensor 61; acquire an amount of location deviation from a reference location of each mark Q on the basis of the detection result; and, when acquiring the amount of location deviation, determine the number of marks of the pattern image to be formed next time and thereafter to the number of marks less than the number of marks of a first combination according to a case where a difference between a first amount of deviation acquired from the first combination out of the marks Q of the formed pattern image and a second amount of deviation acquired from a second combination less in the number of marks than the first combination is smaller than a prescribed value. |
