PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service information provision system for efficiently providing information related to various kinds of services, by reducing a load on processing with respect to an apparatus for controlling a telephone call by an intercom.SOLUTION: A service information provision system includes: an entrance intercom 10 arranged in a common entrance of a multiple dwelling house; dwelling unit intercom 20 arranged in each dwelling of the multiple dwelling house; a management control board 30 for controlling the connection of communication between the entrance intercom 10 and the dwelling unit intercoms 20, etc.; home gateway devices (HGW) 40 for delivering transmitted information to the dwelling unit intercoms 20 and authenticating connection in the communication; a service information distribution server 60 for managing service information; a home delivery locker device 110 functioning as a service provision apparatus; and a network 100 such as the Internet, LAN, or WAN. |
