摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow vehicle formation control by a simple system formed of one system transmission node and one system transmission path.SOLUTION: Vehicles V1 to V3 of a brake control system 100 comprise: a propulsion control device for controlling an air brake device and a motor; other appliance 2 such as an air suspension; and a brake control device 1, respectively. The brake control device 1 is coupled to the brake control device 1 of adjacent vehicle, and transmits and receives status data including AS pressure information indicating air pressure of the air suspension and regenerative brake information indicating regenerative brake force which is loaded to the propulsion control device. The brake control device 1 receives a brake signal requiring negative acceleration from a pull-through line 3. The brake control device 1 computes brake force which is loaded to the air brake device of the own vehicle on the basis of negative acceleration required by the brake signal, and pieces of status data on the vehicles V1 to V3, and then transmits a command signal for command of braking by computed brake force to the air brake device.</p>
