PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load distribution processing apparatus capable of performing calculation for determining a transfer destination without setting complicated determination conditions, and reducing a deviation by following the deviation of a distribution destination occurring due to a traffic variation, and to provide a load distribution processing method.SOLUTION: A load distribution processing apparatus 20 includes: transfer destination classification means 23 for obtaining a transfer destination to register it in a transfer destination list by calculating a score of a distribution designation candidate of an input message from a conditional probability formula for defining a pre-learned message and a combination rule of the transfer destination and registering a parameter and the distribution destination used for the calculation of the score as log information; transmission means 26 for transmitting the message to the transfer destination described in the transfer destination list; and feedback means 27 for periodically totaling the log information, and changing the distribution destination of the message satisfying a predetermined condition among the messages addressed to the most abundantly distributed distribution destinations, and reproducing and updating learning data by reflecting the change. |
