PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of improving defects of a taste such as projection of an unpleasant sharp acid taste or a bitter taste in a beverage containing caffeine and a specific bitter taste.SOLUTION: The taste of a beverage containing (A)caffeine and (B) one or two or more kinds selected from arginine, a chrysanthemum extract, a Polygonatum falcatum extract, a Mallotus japonicus extract and a guarana extract can be improved by adding phytic acid as an acidulant. |
