PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable pants-type diaper which prevents an outer surface of a body fluid absorption part from being felt to be wet.SOLUTION: A disposable pants-type diaper 10 has a cover part 15 and a body fluid absorption part 20. The body fluid absorption part 20 includes a plastic film 39a which is liquid impermeable and moisture permeable on an outer surface side and is in contact with an inner surface 18 of a front waist area 12 and a back waist area 13 in the cover part 15. In the body fluid absorption part 20, at least one part of a central part 20a and both side parts 20b in a lateral direction B are connected in the lateral direction B in a non-contact state with a crotch area 14 of the cover part 15. In the cover part 15, gathers 40 are formed by contraction of a sheet-like member 30 which can repeat elastic extension and contraction in the lateral direction B. |
