PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus and an image processing system capable of performing image correction corresponding to needs and a taste of a user.SOLUTION: An image processing system 1000 is a system in which an image processing apparatus 100 and a server 200 are communicably connected to each other through a network 201. The server 200 stores recommended correction information which is obtained on the basis of correction information accumulated in the server 200, and incidental information of the image to be a correction object of the correction information so as to be transmitted. The image processing apparatus 100 receives from the server 200 the recommended correction information corresponding to the incidental information of the correction object image, and corrects the image on the basis of the received recommended correction information.
