PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion trap mass spectrometer and an ion trap mass spectrometric method capable of shortening the measurement time and reducing the number of times of ionization of the sample.SOLUTION: Ions corresponding to a plurality of peaks P11, P12 and P13 of which the intensity or S/N ratio is in a predetermined range L are detected as MSprecursor ions based on the MSspectrum. By performing mass analysis of a plurality of ions detected as MSprecursor ions by cleaving them at a time within the ion trap, the MSspectrum is measured. |
