PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recommend content suitable for a time zone while reducing calculation amounts.SOLUTION: A recommendation device 300 includes: a feature element specification part 307 for, when a recommendation request is made from a user terminal 200, specifying feature elements from a content feature vector table stored by a content feature vector storage part 353 on the basis of a time zone when the recommendation request is made and the content ID of content included in the history information of the user terminal 200 stored by a history storage part 355; a recommendation determination part 309 for determining the content ID of the content to be recommended from a transposition index table stored in a transposition index storage part 354 on the basis of the specified feature elements; and a recommendation output part 310 for outputting information related to the content identified by the determined content ID to the user terminal 200.
