<p>Provided is a DC/DC converter which includes a clamp circuit with low power consumption and also, reduces a chip area. A clamp circuit clamps an output terminal of an error amplification circuit with an amplifier and a first transistor connected to an output terminal of the amplifier. The clamp circuit includes: a second transistor where a source is connected to the source of the first transistor, a gate is connected to a constant voltage circuit and a drain which is connected to a constant current circuit; and a third transistor where a gate is connected to the drain of the second transistor and a drain is connected to the output of the amplifier.</p> |
