FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: supporting packer comprises movably joined mandrel and stem. The mandrel is fitted with sealing cups and mechanical anchoring device fixed on it and located above sealing cups. The anchor consists of mutually interacting cone with threaded holes, flat dies compressed by a band spring, and a ram holder. In threaded holes of the cone the shearing pins are installed. Along external surface of the mandrel the annular groove for shearing pins is made. Sealing cups are separated by intermediate washers with bilateral dish-shaped end faces and limited by stoppers with dish-shaped end face. The top one is connected to the cone of the anchoring device, and bottom one - to the stem. The ram holder is fitted with a casing inside which the cylindrical compression spring is placed with a possibility of pressing on the ram holder with reference to couple of semi-ring dentils installed in the annular groove made on external surface of the mandrel at interaction of flat dies with the cone of the anchoring device. In the top stopper the boring is made where the second couple of semi-ring dentils installed in the annular groove made on external surface of the mandrel, moves and limits the longitudinal movement of the mandrel with the ram holder at compression of the sealing cups after destruction of the shearing pins. The bushing which is movably installed in the stem with a possibility of longitudinal movement of the mandrel to the size of compression of sealing cuffs during their fixing and fixing of the anchoring device in a well is also attached to the lower end of the mandrel.EFFECT: improvement of reliability of packer fixing of a in a wellbore and possibility of block installation of borehole units.3 cl, 1 dwg |
