SILK-SCREEN STENCIL FOR PRINTING ONTO PHOTOVOLTAIC CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil for producing an electrical conductor on a photovoltaic cell via an effective, economical and highly productive process which allows optimization of characters of the resulting photovoltaic cell.SOLUTION: A stencil for a screen-printing system comprises slits provided in a central printing zone 13 and representing a design to be printed. The stencil comprises (one or more) apertures in a peripheral deforming zone 14, which have a surface leading the peripheral deforming zone 14 to have a greater deforming character than the central printing zone 13 and are intended to lead the peripheral deforming zone 14 to deform under stress applied to the stencil while reducing deformation of the central printing zone 13.
