FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention discloses the rim assembly for mixing of ingredients in the stationary mixer bowl with planetary drive. Note here that assembly (10) comprises horizontal arms (12, 14) to approach and pass in immediate proximity to bowl walls in compliance with motion set by planetary drive. Arms comprise flexible cleaning or scraper blades (22) that can be adapted for complete compliance with bowel surface. Every arm (12, 14) includes groove (24) along its entire length. Every blade (22) is made of elastomer of lengthwise resiliency to be fitted in aforesaid groove. Said blades have fasteners (34, 36) arranged at their ends and retained at position at expansion in lengthwise direction by interlocking of said fasteners with fastening devices (38, 40) located nearby the ends of said arms.EFFECT: perfected design.18 cl, 4 dwg |
