FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a vaccine composition, containing: a) preparation of inactivated whole rabies viruses; b) stabilising excipient, containing (Components - Volume/quantity): essential aminoacids - 40 ml; non-essential amino acids - 40 ml; sorbite - 20 g; arginine hydrochloride - 4 g; EDTA - 0.148 g; sodium glutamate - 1.6 g; NaHPO·2HO - 8/428 g; NaHPO·2HO - 0.413 g; Maltose - 50 g; Urea - 4 g; Bringing pH value to 8.0 by an addition of 10 n of a sodium hydroxide solution; Demineralised water in an amount required to: 1000 ml and poloxamer 188 in a concentration of 0.02 g/l or 0.01 g/l, as well as to a method of obtaining the said vaccine composition and stabilising excipient.EFFECT: group of inventions is effective in stabilisation of vaccines, containing poorly preservable inactivated whole rabies viruses.16 cl, 2 dwg, 16 tbl, 3 ex |
