The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of jicama snack which can be stored for a long period and eaten with ease and crispy texture wherein the method comprises steps of: washing jicama and boiling in water containing salt and Epsom salt and chopping; pickling in sugar preserved solution; spreading starch; baking; drying; and spreading sugar powder.
