An apparatus to manufacture a briquette is disclosed. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is the apparatus to manufacture a briquette which comprises: a mixing unit forming a mixture by mixing a base material containing iron and a binder; a transfer screw unit transferring the mixture mixed in the mixing unit; an input hopper wherein the mixture discharged from the transfer screw unit is inputted; a forming unit supplied with the mixture from the input hopper to form a briquette containing iron; a screen unit removing a base material not to be a briquette in the forming unit of the mixture supplied to the forming unit; and a control unit controlling operation of the transfer screw unit in accordance with at least one of a mixture amount existing inside the input hopper, and a base material amount not to be formed and removed from the screen unit to adjust an input amount of the mixture inputted into the input hopper.
