摘要 FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be applied for remote control of organism's heart activity parameters. Method consists in emission of electromagnetic SHF-signal, reception of interference signal, which represents sum of incident and reflected electromagnetic radiation, determination of organism's vital activity parameters. Emitted electromagnetic SHF-signal is directed onto area of brachial artery location, interference signal is presented in form U(t)=cos(?+(4?/?)f(t)), where t is time, ? is initial phase of signal, ? is wavelength of emitted electromagnetic SHF-signal, f(t) is function of brachial artery movement, after which introduced is function S(t), such, that its spectrum with accuracy to constant multiplier corresponds to spectrum of brachial artery movement function:where C(a,b) are coefficients of wavelet-decomposition of f(t) function by basis ?, determined by means of ratio:a is scaling factor, b is shear factor, ?is derivative of basic wavelet-function ?; after which function of brachial artery movement is recovered:and parameters of heart rhythm variability are calculated by function of brachial artery movement: Mo is the most frequently occurring value of R-R intervals, AMo is part of cardiointervals corresponding to Mo value, dx is difference between duration of the longest and the shortest cardiointervals, IV=AMo/(2?Mo?dx) is index of regulatory system voltage, IVE=Amo/dx is index of vegetative equilibrium, VRI=1/(Mo?dx) is vegetative rhythm index, IRPA= Amo/Mo is index of regulation process adequacy.EFFECT: application of invention makes it possible to reduce errors of measurement due to elimination of respiration impact from registered signal.2 dwg, 1 tbl
