a rank signal receiver receiving, from the server, a priority rank signal based on the priority rank information stored by the server and indicating the priority rank for at least a subset of the mobile communication terminals; and a display displaying a terminal priority rank based on the priority rank signal when the rank signal receiver receives the priority rank signal.
