Disclosed are substituted pyridopyrimidine compounds, preparation methods therefor and uses thereof. The general structure of the substituted pyridopyrimidine compounds is represented by formula I, wherein Ar is substituted pyridyl. The research of the invention has shown that the compounds are multi-kinases inhibitors. The compounds can simultaneously inhibit multi-kinases existing in cells and at the surfaces of cells, including PI3-K and/or mTOR kinases. The compounds and pharmaceutically acceptable salts can be used for preparing medicaments for treating or preventing diseases (cancers) induced by PI3-K and/or mTOR kinases.
