PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decrease of output rate of coordinates as a drawing object while reducing noises caused from a drive of a display panel.SOLUTION: The coordinate output device receives a horizontal synchronization signal of a display panel from a display panel control section 21 and starts detection of a contact position on a touch panel 10 after a predetermined time has elapsed from a rising of the horizontal synchronization signal. The coordinate output device detects a detection coordinate representing a contact position based on a signal output from the touch panel 10 and performs a generation processing to generate a coordinate based on continuous three detection coordinates. The coordinate output device outputs a coordinate data including the detection coordinate and the generated generation coordinate to a control section 40 as a generated coordinate in a period of time when the three pints are detected.
