The horizontal shift amount adjustment unit (27) comprises: a measurement unit (31) that obtains parallax measurement values (Fm) on the basis of the adjustment images (ER, EL); a theoretical value calculation unit (32) that calculates parallax theoretical values (Ft), on the basis of the adjustment image (ER); a horizontal direction adjustment amount calculation unit (33) that calculates horizontal direction adjustment amounts (Hh) on the basis of the parallax measurement values (Fm) and the parallax theoretical values (Ft); and a horizontal shift amount alteration unit (34) that uses the horizontal direction adjustment amounts (Hh) and changes horizontal shift amounts (Bh).
