ALUMINUM WIRE TERMINAL CONNECTION STRUCTURE

The objective is to simply achieve waterproofing of an aluminum wire and a terminal comprising a copper metal plate. An insulating cover is stripped on the terminal side to expose the aluminum core wire and the aluminum core wire is welded onto the terminal comprising the copper metal plate, while the insulating cover that is adjacent to the stripped extremity is swage-crimped with an insulating cover barrel provided on the terminal. The exposed portion of the aluminum core wire between the back end of the welded portion of the aluminum core wire and the stripped end of the wire is covered at least by a covering material.
