<p>The present invention relates to a method for responding to a customer using a mobile terminal. The method for responding to a customer through a program installed on a mobile terminal of a shopping mall manager, which communicates with a server, comprises: a first step for checking the phone number of a member terminal when the mobile terminal receives a phone call request from the member terminal through a communication network; a second step for transmitting the phone number of the member terminal checked to the sever and allowing it to check if the member has joined as a member; a third step for receiving one or more pieces of member information on the member from the server according to whether the member has joined as a member or not; and a fourth step for outputting the received one or more pieces of member information on the screen of the mobile terminal. Accordingly, even if a soho shopping mall operator does not install a separate CTI system, the operator can smoothly respond to a customer, and, especially, when the operator needs to answer a phone call from a customer while the operator is moving outside, the operator can easily check the information of the customer in advance and can respond to the customer in a smooth way.</p> |
