FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of emulsion explosive compositions, specifically to emulsifying compositions which perform the function of surface-active compounds. The emulsifying composition includes, wt %: polyisobutylene succinic anhydride or polyisobutylene amino ether 20-40, a condensation product of a mixture of fatty acid triglycerides in vegetable oil and alkanolamine 20-60 and industrial oil - the balance. The composition can contain 20-40 wt % amino ether of fatty acids of distilled tall oil with alkanolamine in the form of di- or triethanolamine or a mixture of mono-, di- and triethanolamine. The viscosity of emulsions with the new emulsifying composition is lower than that of similar emulsions, which has a positive effect on the process of mixing the emulsion with additives and mechanical pumping of emulsion explosive compositions into a well.EFFECT: use of the emulsifying composition widens the raw material base, increases the volume and reduces the cost of production.3 cl, 2 tbl, 14 ex |
