The present invention relates to an image sensor and a photographing system including the same. Disclosed is a technology that an on-screen display function is installed inside an image sensor of a rear camera module to reduce the size of a chip and to save costs required for implementing a board. The image sensor comprises: a decoding unit decoding tuning information and vehicle information applied from the outside; a data processing unit processing vehicle data applied from the decoding unit; and an image processing unit reading an on-screen display image corresponding to the tuning information and the output data of the data processing unit, applying the on-screen display image to image data and outputting the image data.
