The present invention relates to a derrick module and a drilling unit with the same. The present invention has effects of reducing the time and costs required for manufacturing a drilling unit, and having different configurations due to compatibility of derrick modules among vessels of a drilling unit; increasing efficiency of drilling unit operation by manufacturing a standardized derrick module; freely selecting a derrick module according to a vessel type, a purpose, and an environment for using the derrick module by manufacturing the derrick module with various concepts; and improving safety due to ejection of a derrick module in an emergency situation such as oil well explosion (blow out) or the like. According to the present invention, the derrick module comprises: a fixing frame fixed to be separated from a drilling unit in order to be compatible between vessels of the drilling unit; an opening part formed to be vertically penetrated into a drilling location which can be commonly applied to each vessel in the fixing frame; a guide rail prepared to be horizontal in the fixing frame to reach the opening part; and a derrick moving along the guide rail to be located on the opening part.
