An objective of the present invention is to provide a polarizer protection film which has excellent ultraviolet light absorptive power, and wherein a polarizing plate is hard to be seen as yellow when disposed on at least one surface of a polarizer as the polarizing plate. The polarizer protection film comprises: an ultraviolet light absorbent material A having a maximum absorption at a wavelength of 200 to 300 nm; an ultraviolet light absorbent material B having a maximum absorption at a wavelength of 320 to 400 nm; and a thermoplastic resin. The polarizer protection film has 3% or less of light transmittance at a wavelength of 260 nm and 5% or less at a wavelength of 380 nm, and 0.50 or less of a value of b^*.
