Embodiments of the present application provide a picture-taking method, apparatus, and device. The method comprises: upon receiving a user take-picture command, acquiring a first preview image and a second preview image obtained by executing a preview operation at a first exposure level and at a second exposure level, respectively, and then obtaining a snap-shot image by executing a take-picture operation at a third exposure level; adjusting the resolution of the first preview image and of the second preview image to a resolution equal to that of the snapshot image, and obtaining a resolution-adjusted first preview image and a resolution-adjusted second preview image; and generating a high dynamic range image on the basis of the snapshot image, the resolution-adjusted first preview image, and the resolution-adjusted second preview image. Embodiments of the present invention reduce the time required to take a picture when capturing high dynamic range images. |
